Biography

Dr. Malini Eliatamby is the recipient of the prestigious National Outstanding Educator Award (Malaysia) for 2015. She has played a key role in deploying blended and online learning across INTI Group of Institutions. She is responsible for the instructional framework & design, change management and the learning experience of blended, flipped and online learning at INTI. She designed the first online program deployed at INTI-the MBA LS and was involved in the operational design. She is also instrumental in designing the framework for faculty development and faculty development modules (both fully online, blended and face to face) at the University and across the INTI Group of Institutions. She has also experience in faculty administration, curriculum development, mentoring and quality assurance initiatives. She was the team lead in the 2014 SETARA ranking exercise. As a result, the University obtained a 5 Star ranking from the regulators in Malaysia, making it a top notch university. Besides being actively involved in the HBO initiative, she is now actively engaged with the deployment of analytics and big data across the group and in designing fully online products for working adults.
